Returns
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, unfortunately we currently do not offer a return or exchange policy.
Cancellations
At Esské, we strive for your satisfaction in every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes people change their mind. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at hello@esske.co.uk. If your order has not left our warehouse, we will be able to process a cancellation and full refund.
However, if your order has left our warehouse and already shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a cancellation or refund.
Please note our cancellation policy does not include certain types of items like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Damages and issues
We strive to pack every order with care. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@esske.co.uk immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and try our best to make it right.
Please note, Esské will not be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss caused by the shipping courier.
