How to use

Use on dry skin before bathing.

  • Start at the feet and brush upwards towards the legs and then around your body using long, sweeping strokes. Use clockwise circular motions on your abdomen.
  • Always stroke upwards towards the heart and be extra gentle on the inner arms and near groin.
  • Repeat up to 2 to 4 times a week for best results.
  • And remember: Be gentle - pressure matters. The brush should stimulate, not scratch. Light to medium pressure is enough.
  • Pro-tip: Do 1 to 2 minutes of lymph node “opening” first by gently massaging key lymph areas with light pressure. This helps clear pathways before brushing.

Once done, rinse away the dry skin in the shower and lightly use our African Exfoliating Net Sponge and finally finishing off with our Jasmine Nawr Body Oil.
